Secret to dealing with employees: Show them respect, ask for their ideas, keep an even mood and be available.

What most people don’t realize about me:  As a child I milked our family goats, fed our chickens and collected their eggs.

Favorite place or way to relax: To relax, my favorite is cuddling with my dogs and husband before a fire and reading a good book.
